Dan is an accomplished real estate executive with three decades of expertise spanning site selection, land acquisition, project entitlements, construction management, site analysis, due diligence, feasibility studies, and contract negotiations across all phases of development and construction.
Over his career, Dan has overseen the completion of more than 8,000 residential units across California, Oregon, Nevada, Nashville, and Florida. His portfolio includes diverse product types such as large master-planned communities, infill sites, luxury apartments, condos, townhouses, single-family developments, residential estates, mixed-use developments, office spaces, retail centers, and hotel and resort projects nationwide.
